My vac is about to die ~~ again.  About every nine (9) months, I replace a cheap one with another cheap one ~~ they’re the only ones I can afford, and, frankly, have to borrow money every time I need one.

What a wretched tragedy that we don’t make products that last.  It just seems we chase are tails to afford them initially and, then, to replace them ~~ perpetually ~~ after that.  That is to say, we work hard, long hours to buy goods… that don’t last.  Does anyone (else) remember when vacs used to last 20 years?

I’m just tired of shoddy merchandise!
